About Keith and Kristina
Mission Fitness and Performance is a unique and advanced training center designed to help people reach their health, fitness and athletic goals. We want to serve everyone- men, women, young, old... everyone. And we will always encourage bringing in your significant other to join in on the workouts. We really love seeing couples workout together! To go a little deeper than that, I will tell you that working out together is what made us realize that one day we wanted to run a fitness facility where people could come in and get their life right! Our mantra is “Couples that workout together, stay together!” I can’t say that working out fixes everything, but it certainly builds strong relationships, strong minds, and strong bodies! Kids look up to professional athletes for what they do in their sport. When it comes to daily life, children look to those closest to them as their muse. Not only do we want couples and individuals to come in to reach their goals, we also wanted to have a place for youth to come in to set and reach goals. 75% of youth athletes quit their sport before they reach high school. That stat bothers us greatly, so we have set out to do what we can to change that right here inside of Mission Fitness and Performance. Determination in the early years can set the tone of a young person's life. That is why we decided to take on the operating of Parisi Speed School, the only affiliate in Alabama. With a blended family of 4 children, we want to encourage children and youth to live their dreams to the fullest!
Motivation & Passion
We are ready and willing to motivate and encourage anyone looking to improve their life, health, well-being, stress levels and/or athletic performance. Our journey at MFP started out by just taking a step inside and trying out a workout. We quickly got the feeling that there was something more for us here. Our family is the reason behind why we purchased MFP at the first opportunity. We want our children to see their parents working together for the greater good and helping people get their lives right. We want to teach them what hard work looks like. Our work is not the only work our children will witness. The members that come in our gym will also show our children what hard work looks like. Seeing others persevere and push through adversity builds character. We are building a legacy that they can continue, and they are watching it the entire way.
